Description of Services:
The Provider agrees to provide the Subscriber with access to Avrio Care, a cloud-based information management system for health care providers (the "Services"), per the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.
Data Ownership and Access:
A. The Provider shall retain ownership of a copy of all data generated or processed as part of the Services.
B. If the Subscriber chooses to unsubscribe from the Services, upon request, the Provider shall provide the Subscriber with a copy of all Subscriber-specific data in the Provider's possession.
Free Trial and Payment Terms:
A. The Subscriber is entitled to a one-month free trial of the Services, and the free trial starts upon signing.
B. Following the free trial period, the Subscriber shall pay the subscription fee for the Services monthly, due on the 1st of each month, and the first payment will be due on the beginning of the next month after the ending of the free trial period.
Term and Termination:
A. This Contract shall commence on the date of signing and continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party.
B. Termination can occur with 7 days' written notice from either party.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information and to comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Governing Law:
This Contract shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
